938 Procedure
An application for the appointment of a receiver by way of equitable execution is to be made to a judge.
Subject to subrule (1), an application for the appointment of a receiver by way of equitable execution may be made in accordance with Part 18 and that part is to apply to such a receiver as it applies to a receiver appointed for any other purpose.
