For service to be effected in accordance with this Part, unless the Principal Registrar otherwise directs, the following are to be delivered to the Principal Registrar:the document to be served and 2 copies of it; a copy of the letter of request; if the document to be served or the letter of request is not in English, a translation of it into English and a copy of the translation.
A translation under subrule (1) is to bear a certificate of the translator, in English, stating that it is an accurate translation of the relevant document.
