975 Examination to be forwarded to Registrar
Unless otherwise ordered –
an examiner, on completion of the examination, is to forward the depositions taken to the Principal Registrar; and a person to whom any document is produced pursuant to an order under section 152(3)(b) of the Evidence Act 1910 is to forward the document to the Principal Registrar; and a person who has done anything in connection with an examination, other than conduct the examination or receive a document, is to – prepare a certificate setting out what that person has done; and forward the certificate to the Principal Registrar; and the Principal Registrar, on receipt of a deposition, document or certificate sent under this rule, is to – append to it a certificate in accordance with the prescribed form, duly sealed with the seal of the Court, for use out of the jurisdiction; and forward to the Attorney-General the deposition, document or certificate so certified, and the request for transmission to the external court or tribunal.
