99 Appearing if served out of jurisdiction
The period for entering an appearance limited by a writ or any other originating process which requires an appearance and which is served outside the jurisdiction of the Court is –
21 days after service, if the originating process is served in Australia; or the time allowed under the Trans-Tasman Proceedings Act, if the originating process is served in New Zealand; or the time allowed under rule 147E, if the originating process is served in any other place.
