20 Applications for parentage orders
The intended parent, or intended parents, in relation to a child may apply to the court for a parentage order in relation to the child.
An application under subsection (1) may only be made in accordance with section 21.
An application under subsection (1) must be – in the approved form; and accompanied by the prescribed fee; and lodged with the court.
