13 Section 15 amended (Delegation)
Section 15 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
by omitting from paragraph (d) "employee." and substituting "employee;";
by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph (d):a subsidiary.
The amendments effected by this Part have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Government Business Enterprises Act 1995.
