Tasmanian Assessment, Standards and Certification Act 2003

The Board may direct a registered student exchange organisation to take any action the Board considers appropriate or refrain from doing any act if the Board is of the opinion that – the registered student exchange organisation has contravened this Act or guidelines issued under section 33L; or it is appropriate to give the direction having taken into account the matters specified in section 33E(2).

A direction is to be in writing provided to the registered student exchange organisation.

A registered student exchange organisation must comply with a direction provided under this section.
