55ZL Cancellation of accreditation as accredited other education course
The Board may, at any time in writing, cancel the accreditation of an accredited other education course if – the person providing the course fails to meet standards set or adopted for the provision and assessment of the course under section 55ZN; or the Board, having regard to the matters specified in section 55ZI(2), is no longer satisfied that the course should be accredited.
A cancellation takes effect on the day specified in it.
