55ZZD Term of registration
The registration of a registered education (overseas students) provider has effect for the period not exceeding 5 years specified in the registration (overseas students) certificate.
Registration of a person as a registered education (overseas students) provider takes effect on the day the registration (overseas students) certificate is issued or on a later day specified in that certificate.
