7 Tasmanian Assessment, Standards and Certification Board
The Tasmanian Assessment, Standards and Certification Board is established.
The Board – is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and may have a seal; and may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
If the Board has a seal – it is to be kept, and used as authorised, by the Board; and all courts and persons acting judicially must take judicial notice of the imprint of the seal on a document and presume that it was duly sealed by the Board.
