11 Accounts
The Trust shall keep proper accounts and records in relation to the exercise of its powers.
The Trust is to prepare and forward to the Auditor-General a copy of its financial statements for each financial year in accordance with the Audit Act 2008.
The Trust may employ a person to perform its duties under subsection (1) and pay remuneration to that person from the funds of the Trust.
