17 Expiration of this Act
Where the Minister is satisfied that all the funds of the Trust have been applied in the administration of this Act, the Minister shall – give public notification of that fact; and by notice published in the Gazette, fix a date for the expiration of this Act.
This Act expires on a date fixed under subsection (1)(b) and on that date the Trust is dissolved.
