4 Section 9 amended (General powers of TDR)
Section 9(2)(d) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "$5 000 000" and substituting "$10 000 000".
The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Tasmanian Development Act 1983.
