4 Section 9 amended (General powers of TDR)
Section 9 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
by omitting from subsection (4)(a) "$50 000" and substituting "$100 000";
by omitting from subsection (4)(b) "$10 000" and substituting "$20 000";
by omitting from subsection (5)(a) "$100 000" and substituting "$250 000";
by omitting from subsection (5)(b) "$100 000" and substituting "$250 000".
The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Tasmanian Development Act 1983.
