32 Directors of port companies
The appointment of a person as a director of a port company is revoked on the day the company is deregistered under the Corporations Act.
A person is not entitled to any compensation or other payment in respect of the revocation of an appointment under subsection (1) despite anything to the contrary in his or her instrument of appointment.
