Closure of TasTAFE campus

In force

The chief executive officer or an authorised person may close all or part of a TasTAFE campus –

if the officer or authorised person is of the opinion that any person in or on that TasTAFE campus is behaving or is likely to behave – in a disorderly manner; or in a manner that threatens his or her own safety or the safety of any other person; or for any other purpose.
