25 Appeal against disciplinary sanction
A student may appeal to the Board against the imposition of a disciplinary sanction in relation to the student within 21 days of receiving notification of the imposition of that sanction.
On hearing an appeal, the Board may – uphold the appeal and revoke the imposition of any disciplinary sanction; or dismiss the appeal and confirm the imposition of the sanction; or uphold the appeal and substitute any other disciplinary sanction.
