29 Effect of Financial Agreement Act 1994
If the Treasurer, under section 5(1) of the Financial Agreement Act 1994, requires TasTAFE to do or to refrain from doing anything for the purpose of implementing the Agreement, within the meaning of that Act, TasTAFE must comply with that requirement.
