TasTAFE continued

In force

The organisation continued as TasTAFE under section 56(2) of the Training and Workforce Development Act 2013 is, on the commencement of this Act, continued as TasTAFE.

TasTAFE, as continued under subsection (1) – is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and may have a seal; and may sue and be sued in its corporate name; and is an instrumentality of the Crown.

All or any part of TasTAFE may use, and operate under, a trading name that is approved by the Minister.
