Disposal of video recordings

In force

A video recording, or a copy of a video recording, is to be disposed of by –

deleting the original video recording or copy; or permanently removing any trace of the recording or copy from its storage device; or destroying the recording or copy so that it is no longer possible to access the recording or copy.
