31 Fees
For the purposes of the Act and these regulations, the fees specified in Schedule 3 are prescribed.
If a person fails to pay a fee required by the Act or these regulations, other than the annual administration fee for a luxury hire car licence, the fee is a debt to the Commission and is recoverable as such in a court of competent jurisdiction.
