Teachers Registration Regulations 2021

In these regulations –

Act means the Teachers Registration Act 2000;

Australian Institute of Health and Welfare or "AIHW" means the body of that name established by section 4 of the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare Act 1987 of the Commonwealth;

Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership or "AITSL" means the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership Limited (ACN 117 362 740), a company limited by guarantee incorporated under the Corporations Act;

Australian Bureau of Statistics or "ABS" means the body of that name established by section 5 of the Australian Bureau of Statistics Act 1975 of the Commonwealth.
