42 Offences of contravening safeguards
A person commits an offence if – the person does an act or omits to perform an act; and the act or omission contravenes – section 26(1); or section 27; or section 34; or section 39(1) or (2); or section 40(1); or section 41(2). Imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years.
A person commits an offence if the person does an act or omits to perform an act and the act or omission contravenes section 30. Imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years.
