4 Schedule 3 amended (Taxa of native flora and fauna which are endangered)
Schedule 3 to the Principal Act is amended as follows:
by inserting after item 43 in Subdivision 1 of Division 2 of Part 1 the following item:
| Senecio extensus | I. Thomps., Asteraceae | subalpine fireweed |
by inserting after item 19 in Subdivision 2 of Division 2 of Part 1 the following item:
| Chiloglottis valida | D. L. Jones, Orchidaceae | large bird-orchid |
by inserting after item 13 in Subdivision 1 of Division 2 of Part 2 the following item:
| Senecio tasmanicus | I. Thomps., Asteraceae | tasmanian fireweed |
The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995.
