4 Schedule 3 amended (Taxa of native flora and fauna which are endangered)
Schedule 3 to the Principal Act is amended as follows:
by adding, after item 27A in Subdivision 2 of Division 1, Part 1 the following item:

by inserting the following table after the table headed "Birds" in Subdivision 1 of Division 1, Part 2:

The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995.
