8 Tasmanian Timber Promotion Fund
The Board shall establish and maintain a fund to be called the Tasmanian Timber Promotion Fund.
There shall be paid into the Fund – all sums paid by the Forestry corporation to the Board under this Act; and any other funds paid or made available to the Board.
The expenses incurred by the Board, and any other sums required to be paid by the Board, shall be defrayed out of the Fund.
Moneys standing to the credit of the Fund may be invested by the Board in any manner in which trustees are authorized to invest trust funds or in such other manner as the Treasurer, on the recommendation of the Minister, may approve.
