16 Repayment by director of improper profit, &c.
If a director or former director is found guilty of an offence under section 15, the Authority may recover in a court of competent jurisdiction as a debt due to it –
any profit made by the director or another person as a result of the committing of the offence; and an amount equal to any loss and damage the Authority suffered as a result of the committing of the offence.
