29 Statement of corporate intent
The statement of corporate intent of the Authority is a summary of its corporate plan.
The statement of corporate intent of the Authority must not disclose any information which the Minister considers may, if disclosed – disadvantage or cause damage to the Authority, directly or indirectly; or enable another person, directly or indirectly, to gain an advantage.
The statement of corporate intent is to be in a form, and contain the information, specified by the Minister.
