9 Role of Board
The Board is responsible to the Minister –
for the performance by the Authority of its functions; and for the achievement by the Authority of its objectives as specified in this Act, any other Act and its corporate plan; and for ensuring that the business and affairs of the Authority are managed and conducted in a manner that is in accordance with sound commercial practice.
