Traffic Act 1925

The Governor may make regulations for the purposes of this Part, prescribing all such matters and things as may be necessary or desirable for giving effect to its provisions, and in addition to any other such matters may –

regulate the procedure to be followed in respect of any public inquiry by the Commission;

require any specified person or classes of persons when called upon by the Commission to produce books or documents or information to the Commission relating to any inquiry or matter on which the Commission may be engaged;
