Training and Workforce Development (Transitional Provisions) Act 2013

In this section – TasTAFE means TasTAFE established under section 56 of the Training and Workforce Development Act 2013.

Until provision is made in relation to this Act by order under section 4 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 – the administration of this Act is assigned to the Minister for Education and Skills; and the department responsible to that Minister in relation to the administration of this Act, other than Part 2 and except in so far as it relates to TasTAFE, is the Department of Education; and the department responsible to that Minister in relation to the administration of Part 2 and this Act in so far as it relates to TasTAFE, is TasTAFE.
