I make the following order under section 12 of the Trustee Companies (Merger) Act 2001.
This order may be cited as the Trustee Companies (Merger) Order 2003.
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, "Act" means the Trustee Companies Act 1953.
Schedule 2 to the Act is amended by omitting
| Tasmanian Trustees Limited. |
and substituting:
| Tasmanian Perpetual Trustees Limited. |
The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Trustee Companies Act 1953.
