Trustee Companies Order 2009

I make the following order under section 4A(2) of the Trustee Companies Act 1953.

Short title
This order may be cited as the Trustee Companies Order 2009.

Commencement
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

Principal Act
In this order, the Trustee Companies Act 1953 is referred to as the Principal Act.

Schedule 2A amended (Trustee holding companies)
Schedule 2A to the Principal Act is amended by inserting the following item:

The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Trustee Companies Act 1953.
