20 Waiver of certain conditions, &c., in certain Crown grants
No title to any land vested in the Trust by this Act shall be held bad at law or in equity by reason of a breach or non-performance, before or after the appointed day, of a condition, trust, or proviso contained in the grant of the land by the Crown.
A provision for forfeiture or reverter in respect of a breach or non-performance referred to in subsection (1) shall be deemed to have been released by the Crown as from the date of the Crown grant.
