23 Claims for compensation on compulsory acquisition, &c.

Subject to a resolution or direction of the Assembly or of a committee appointed by it for the purpose, the Trust –

may act in relation to the exchange, dedication, or compulsory acquisition of any property vested in it;

may make claims for compensation in respect of such a property; and may agree to and settle any such claim, for such consideration and on and subject to any terms and conditions as appear advisable to it.
