9 Powers of Assembly in relation to determination of matters of doctrine, &c., and further unions
Notwithstanding anything in this Act or in the Basis of Union, the Assembly –
may determine, declare, or interpret matters of doctrine, worship, government, and discipline in the Church; and may resolve to unite with other branches of the Christian Church.
