Valuation of Land Act 2001

An arbitration under this Act is to be heard and determined in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Act 2011.

If any proceedings before an arbitrator result in an objection being upheld without qualification, the amount paid as security for costs is to be refunded to the person making the objection, but in any other case the arbitrator must take the payment into account in awarding costs.
