I make the following notice under section 33(6) of the Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999.
This notice may be cited as the Vehicle and Traffic (Decision-maker Declaration) Notice 2025.
This notice takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
The Australian Association of National Advertisers (ABN 54 003 179 673), also known as Ad Standards, is declared to be a decision-maker for the purposes of section 33 of the Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999.
