Interpretation of Part

In force

In this Part – class of vehicle means vehicles of a similar type or vehicles carrying the same type of load; wheelbase means the distance from the centre-line of the foremost axle of a vehicle to its rear overhang line.

For the purposes of this Part, an electronic or facsimile copy or photocopy of a permit issued by the Commission or of a Gazette notice, which has not been altered by a person other than the Commission, is to be taken to be the original document.
