45 Conditions on exemptions
The Commission may impose one or more conditions on an exemption.
Without limiting the generality of subregulation (1), the Commission may impose one or more of the following conditions:the maximum speed at which a vehicle operating under an exemption may be driven or towed; matters relating to the protection of bridges, roads and public infrastructure; matters relating to public safety; notifying requirements in respect of any change in circumstances; any or all of the conditions set out in Schedule 1.
A condition set out in Schedule 1 may be incorporated by reference in the permit or Gazette notice.
