7 Particulars and documents required for registration
For the purposes of section 18(2) of the Act, an application for registration is to –
contain the following prescribed particulars:the full name, honorary title and residential address of the applicant; the proposed business address of the applicant, if known; the speciality of the applicant, if any; and be accompanied by the following prescribed documents:a certified copy of the qualifications of the applicant; proof of identity of the applicant.
