Adoption of national VET legislation

In force

The national VET legislation, as originally enacted, is adopted within the meaning of section 51(xxxvii) of the Constitution of the Commonwealth.

The adoption has effect for a period – beginning when subsection (1) commences; and ending at the end of the day fixed under section 9(1)(a) or (c) as the day on which the adoption is to terminate.
