53 Information sharing
In this section – functions, of a waste information holder, includes powers and duties; waste information holder means – the Board; and the Secretary; and the Director.
A waste information holder is to provide, if requested by another waste information holder, information held or collected by the first-mentioned waste information holder under an Act that is relevant to the functions of the waste information holder making the request.
Nothing in this section allows information to be provided in a manner that – breaches any code of professional etiquette or ethics; or departs from any accepted standards of professional conduct; or contravenes any Act.
