Ombudsman Act 1978
1. Section 4(1) is amended by inserting after paragraph (i) the following paragraph:
(ia)
a regulated entity within the meaning of the Water and Sewerage Industry Act 2008;
The amendments effected by Section 117 and this Schedule have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Ombudsman Act 1978.
