Continuation of expiring licence

Current

This section applies if, immediately before a well driller's licence is due to expire (that licence being referred to in this section as "the expiring licence") – the licensee has paid the prescribed licence renewal fee; and the licensee has not been given notice under section 136F that the Minister has renewed or refused to renew the expiring licence.

The expiring licence continues in force until such time as the licensee is so notified.
