164Q Application to register offset
An affected permit holder may apply to the Secretary to register an offset in the offsets register.
An application must – comply with section 12A; and if the offset relates to land not owned by the applicant – be accompanied by the written approval, of the owner of the land, to the registration of the offset; and be accompanied by the prescribed fee, if any.
