215 Borrowing on overdraft
A trust may, with the approval of the Minister and for the purposes of temporary financial accommodation, obtain advances from any bank, building society or credit union by overdraft on the current account of the trust.
An advance obtained by a trust under this section – is not at any time to exceed one-half of the revenue of the trust for the financial year preceding that in which the trust obtains the advance; and is not subject to the requirements of this Division.
