238 Production of identity card
An authorised officer, if so required by a person who may be affected by the exercise of the officer's powers under this Act, must produce his or her identity card for inspection by that person.
If an authorised officer fails to produce his or her identity card when required by a person referred to in subsection (1), the person is not obliged to comply with a requirement of the officer.
