Water Management Act 1999

An interested person may apply to the Minister to review a decision to which this Division applies.

The application – is to be made in writing within 14 days after the date of service of a notice under section 271(2); and is to be accompanied by any fee imposed under section 285(3); and is to specify the reasons for the application.

The Minister may extend the period referred to in subsection (2) for making an application.
