295A Recovery of costs
A court that convicts a person of an offence against this Act may, on application by or on behalf of a person involved in investigating the offence, order that, in addition to any other penalty, the convicted person must pay any costs that the person making the application reasonably incurred in investigating the offence.
In this section – person includes a body politic.
